General Manager

Job Duties:
-Devising budgets for grants, education programs, and events
-Manage donation processing, grant writing, and donor follow up
-Oversee Box Office operations and sales operations (subscription drive, ticket sales, new audience development)
-Manage digital marketing outlets (WordPress site, Social Media, Google AdWords) and proof materials for print
-Oversee hiring processes for short and long term needs
-Manage & Schedule Educational Outreach programs
-Office management and supply ordering

-Bachelors Degree (preferably in theatre or other artistic field)
-Experience in the arts or non-profit field
-Knowledge of grant writing process
-Ability to multitask
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Deadline and detail oriented
-Passion for the arts!

Salary: commensurate with experience and qualification, benefits available after 60 days of hire.


This position will assist the Technical Director and Designer with construction of the production set. This is a temporary as needed position. Candidates must have experience and knowledge in building and painting sets, knowledge of safety in the work place, and a flexible schedule. Hourly wage will be decided based on experience.
