The first London performance of WHAT THE BUTLER SAW was at the Queen's Theatre on March 5, 1969. It was revived as part of the "Joe Orton Festival" at the Royal Court, London on July 16, 1975. The first New York production opened at the McAlpin Rooftop Theater on May 4, 1970.
