"Frightening in its implications! Mr. Bradbury's account of this insane world, which bears alarming resemblances to our own, is fascinating!"

An inspiring play of overwhelming power. The life of Golda Meir - from impoverished Russian schoolgirl to Prime Minister of Israel - is one of the most amazing stories of the 20th Century.

The world premiere of Golda's Balcony was produced at Shakespeare & Company, Lenox, MA, in May 2002. The New York premiere was produced off-Broadway at Manhattan Ensemble Theater, New York, NY, in March 2003 and moved to Broadway at the Helen Hayes Theatre in October 2003. Golda's Balcony was nominated for the 2003 Drama League Award for "Best Play." It holds the record as the longest running one-woman play in Broadway history.
