Paul TeiPAUL TEI (Bobby Gould) is like super duper happy to be employed once again at GableStage with his great friend Joe Adler and to work alongside one of his best mates, Gregg Weiner. He his also happy to get to work with the rest of the bunch here at GableStage, but this bio was written before rehearsals even started so it's hard to make a bold statement. Speed-the-Plow marks Paul's eleventh appearance at the GableStage. Other shows here include Defiance (Best Supporting Actor Miami New Times) Romance, The Pillowman, Tabletop, Closer, Citizen Tom Paine, Tape, The Real Thing, Chinese Coffee and Popcorn (Carbonell Best Actor Award). He holds an MFA in directing from The Theatre School at De Paul University, where his thesis project was Speed-the-Plow. Paul is a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild and has appeared in over a dozen films, commercials and TV shows and can be currently seen as Barry the money launderer on the USA show Burn Notice.

He previously got to play the Devil in Broadsword, working with his good friends at Mad Cat. Gregg has also acted in another Conor McPherson play, Seafarer, for which his role as Sharkey won him a Carbonell Award for Acting. He also won a Best Ensemble Carbonell Award for Tracers at Juggerknot Theater back in the day. Gregg has worked for Summer Shorts for several seasons, as well as appearing at Palm Beach Dramaworks. He recently shot a scene for Criss Cross, a little movie being shot here in South Florida, and appeared in Transporter 2 and the TV show, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Gregg would like to thank the cast and crew for their hard work and Joe Adler for allowing him to play yet again in one of his favorite theaters in South Florida. Gregg is a member of Actors Equity and a New World School of the Arts BFA alumni. Love to Julie, Lola and my family for their love and support. Obama!!!
