Stage Manager

GableStage Theater Company, located in Coral Gables, Florida seeks local AEA Production Stage Managers to join the company’s 26th Season. PSM is required to attend/run all rehearsals/performances, be in constant communication within the production team, and ensure all production needs are met. Candidates should have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing production needs. PSM should be comfortable enforcing and knowledgeable of the AEA SPT handbook. If the candidate is qualified but non-AEA, the theatre company can put on a union contract for production. 

GableStage operates on an SPT-8 agreement. Weekly salary through 1/5/25 is $857 + pension/health and starting 1/6/25, weekly salary is $900 + pension/health. This is a local hire only. Miami area housing/transportation is required.
