Ticket Policies




Tickets may be exchanged* for the same production they were purchased for up to 24 hours in advance. There is a $5.00 exchange fee per ticket plus the price difference if switching to a performance date of higher value. No credit is given for changes to a lower-priced performance. Please note, when you make an exchange, we cannot guarantee your same seats. Exchanges cannot be made on or after the date of performance, or for a different show.

Subscribers incur no fees for exchanges and have 24 hours prior to a performance to notify the GableStage Box Office or the reserved tickets will be counted as used.

If tickets cannot be exchanged for a different show date, a tax-deductible donation receipt may be issued for the value of the tickets.

*Please note there are no refunds on single-ticket purchases. If productions or performances must be cancelled to comply with updated Government COVID-19 requirements, patrons will be offered an exchange or refund for their purchase.
